● Search Mode for Unknown Samples: The new SPE mode will test pour points with different pressures so parameter optimization can be easily done.
● Data Connectivity and Management: Ethernet can export data to LIMS or an optional printer. Up to 50 data can be stored securely with a password.

Pour / Cloud/ Freezing Point Tester MPC Series

TANAKA’s MPC series has been designed for the automatic determination of POUR POINT (PP), CLOUD POINT (CP), and FREEZING POINT (FZ) with small specimen size and shorter test cycle time while securing better test precision than the conventional manual methods.
PP is measured using the “AIR PRESSURE METHOD” (ASTMD6749), and CP is measured using the “SMALL TEST JAR METHOD” (ASTM D7683).

The epoch-making automatic PP test method yields a 1 ℃ test resolution, while the CP and FZ methods yield a 0.1 ℃ resolution.
